Fleetio now lets you create your own custom Renewal Reminder types.
Forgetting important fleet-related deadlines such as inspections or certification renewals can be extremely costly.
Renewal Reminders in Fleetio help people remember important dates for their vehicles, such as annual registrations, emission tests or inspections.
Now you can create your own custom Renewal Reminder Types in Fleetio, making them even more flexible and powerful.
Each Account in Fleetio comes with four standard Renewal Reminder types:
- Emission Test
- Inspection
- Insurance
- Registration
You can rename or delete any of the standard renewal types, or create your own.
Once you create a custom renewal type for your account, it will show up as an option on each vehicle’s profile. From there you can set the next due date, and Fleetio will automatically notify you when it’s coming due (3 weeks before) or overdue.
Log in and add your own custom renewal types in the Account settings area. It just takes a second to setup and make a huge impact on your fleet operations.
