We've added Work Order notifications to our growing Notifications System in Fleetio. Get notified of changes to Work Orders and respond in real-time.
We're on a mission to help fleets work smarter when it comes to optimizing maintenance processes. Notifications for Work Orders help keep maintenance teams informed by pushing the most important information to exactly who needs to know in real-time. This system drives interaction on the Work Order itself and reduces delays going back and forth on the details by connecting stakeholders in real-time.
Receive push and email notifications for Work Orders
With these improvements, you can now be notified in real-time when a Work Order is created, assigned to you, commented on or the status of a particular Work Order has changed. This allows you to stay informed and respond in real-time to keep repairs rolling.
These notifications are modeled off of our Watching system which allows stakeholders to subscribe to these notifications manually or by interacting with a particular Work Order. Watching is available for Issues and Work Orders. You can learn more about how it works in our recent blog post.
