The interview process
We strive to provide a thorough interviewing experience that allows us to get to know you and understand your technical ability and soft skills. We believe the best interviews aren't one-sided, so our process also provides ample opportunities for you to learn about our engineering team, our culture, and how we work. Check out the interview steps below to understand what it's like to interview with us.

Lead interview
A 1-hour conversation with the Lead Software Engineer and/or the Hiring Manager. Be prepared to discuss your technical experience along with any interesting engineering problems you have worked on that will help highlight your technical chops and abilities as it relates to the role.

Coding project (Paid) We will send you a small coding project to have you demonstrate your skills in action. This is an opportunity to double down on your strengths and show off! We value your time and commitment to the project, so we will pay you for it!

Team interview A 2-hour discussion with a few engineers from our team. You will walk through your project and discuss your thought process and execution. Following the walk-through, the team will assess technical and team fit by exploring a few additional areas. This step is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you have and get to know the team a bit better.

Final interview & offer Relax. We're excited about your candidacy and it’s time to meet our CTO. Our leadership values every addition to our growing team and is excited to meet you and help you understand our vision. Following the chat, we will send you our offer!
